Denied empty boxes

Yesterday afternoon I went to Checkers Monument to request empty boxes, I was told to come fetch them today. Around 11h30am I was in the store and asked for the marchandiser guy I spoke to yesterday. The guy went to fetch empty boxes but was stopped not to give them to me. I shop in that store almost everyday to be denied empty boxes. A new branch manager said she can't give me boxes with a attitude and told me checkers sells these boxes so it will be a loss to the company but why is she managing the store differently from other stores. Does other stores loose the box profit when they give out boxes. That lady is rude
