DELIVERY TIMESLOTS

This is second time that I've scheduled a delivery at a selected timeslot, and then the driver rocks up 20 minutes before when I'm still at class. Then when I call the driver at 9 (which is timeslot I selectted) he tells me that he just follows the orders that Checkers gives him... Thank you so much! So great to know that when I select a timeslot between 9-10, Checkers tells you to deliver it 20 minutes before just to spite me...now my order is canceled, and I have to wait for the money to get reversed before I can buy groceries at an actual store again.
