Delivery of wrotten food items

I don't know what disrespect this is to us customers but buying from the checkers 60 app seems to be a disaster more than anything. Why would anyone in their right mind pick an item that is clearly rotten to deliver to a paying customer.

If this is the standard you're giving to us using this damn app then it's time for us to shop elsewhere.

I bought a few items and this is not the first time and the Wyke farms red leicester full fat hard cheese has white mould all over it. Are we clients ordering items from the app being sold out of date items while those going directly to the store have fresh ones because they're clever enough to go and pick feesh items for themselves. Checkers is losing the ball at this moment. For a loyal customer i am. I'm very disappointed. And they also have a habit of not giving you your refund for such if something was bought on special. Don't take us for fools.
