Delivery of Rotten Eggs

I have used this Service Checkers 60 since end of 2021 and on 2 separate occasions I had delivery of rotten eggs and on both ocassions I have raised it with their Help Center. Initially I thought its just a once off incident but twice is not a mistake. Since my latest complaint on the 60 App I have had no response from the shop
