Delivery for groceries and refund

I ordered groceries early Monday morning to be delivered at 3 in the afternoon. 4 in the afternoon I got a notification that my order was canceled. We even phoned checkers and they said they can’t do anything. It’s Sunday and I’m still waiting for my refund from checkers. Very disappointed.
