Delivery Delayed by 5 hours (no communication)

If there was a worse rating than 1, I would have rated them that. My order was 5 hours late, I ordered around 8 in the morning for a delivery time of 11am to 12 but my order was only delivered at 16h00.

Pathetic, no warning or reason why my order was delayed, no communication whatsoever.
