Delivery constantly made to wrong address and order not refunded

I used to love this app and service but recently every single delivery has been late as the driver is sent to a different location on his GPS despite me putting my address in correctly, location setting being done at my front gate and typing instructions on finding my address into my delivery instructions. The drivers then argue with me and are angry at ME when they arrive as they have wasted time driving around!

The last straw was on Sunday my Sixty60 order was cancelled by Checkers but the money was deducted from my bank account and hasn’t been returned despite numerous phone calls, holding on for over 10 minutes for someone to answer and many many messages asking for the refund to be done which I was promised on Sunday would reflect in 24-48h. So they have my money and won’t return it, but didn’t deliver my order - pretty sure that’s considered theft?
