Definitely not 60min delivery, false advertising

Our last two orders took extremely long to arrive. We ordered last night 19:00 and the delivery date said 16 Jan between 9-10. So today I waited till 10:00 and nothing happened. I called customer care and the consultant said that the order will be delivered between 11 and 12. Its 12:00 and still nothing has been delivered.
