Decomposed smelling BBQ chicken

<p>Hi there admin of Checkers, Westgate Mall, Mitchell's Plain , Cape Town<br />On 07/03/2017 around 18:45, my husband purchased BBQ chicken from your store and upon his return to the vehicle we have experienced an awful smell not knowing where it came from. When we got home and was ready to enjoy supper, much to our disappointment, when opening the plastic bag, that awful smell hit us to our grave...the chicken smelled like it had decomposed<br />We then called your store spoke to, Shirne Lawrence, who advised us to come back the next day being 08/03/2017 and ask for Nadia Booysen.<br />We then arrived and chatted to Nadia who kindly assisted and added "the chicken always come back..." that left a sour taste<br />I did not leave Checkers the same way I have left on 07/03/2017.<br />It is already bad for a customer to return unhappy with services/stock...but it is much worst when staff confirm the said, in this case, decomposed chicken <br />Checkers management, why exactly are you still allowing these kind of services to the public, your clients, when we were not the first case in this matter? How dare you still allow the Deli to sell "decomposed smelling" chicken specifically when they are aware of the history of complaints and returns as per your Information assistant, Nadia. <br />Do you know the catastrophic implications you as the store would have suffered had we eaten the poor chicken and had to face possible medical treatment due to food poisoning? <br />I do welcome the opportunity to learn of how you will avoid this kind of services to us as your loyal customers and how you would treat us fairly going forward.<br />Mrs Mauricia Smith</p>
