Declined transaction

On Saturday the 27th of June 2015, i wanted to withdraw money from the till, the transaction went through on my account i even received an sms say that the funds were reserved at Checkers Hyper (Pavilion). I went back on Sunday to explain what had happened but all i was told was that they cannot help me since its a Sunday, i called my bank and the person who was assisting me told me what checkers needed to do but they were not interested in that but i was told that Marlene will send an email to their head office where she will forward everything regarding my incident, i left my card number, my name, my contact details everything that i could possibly provide the store with so that they can assist me in getting my money back but till this day nobody has contacted me, its like my money disappeared off my account and i cannot be helped in any way to get to the bottom if this
