Deception

<p>I went to Checkers Hyper in Boksburg, Value Centre Mall on the 26th of December. When I entered the wine section, I noticed there was a competition running to win a holiday worth R100 000 if you purchased 2 participating wines. At the back of the competition tag that hung on the wine bottles, they had the participating wine products, and a note at the bottom which stated "Check competition till slip for details". I noticed after paying that there was no information on my till slip about the competition and the tag stated that the competiton is valid till 31 January 2017. I asked the cashier about it and she didn't know, she said I should go to customer service, customer service didn't know, they send me to money market, and I was so disappointed that a big store like that would have a competition running that noone had any information about, it seemed to me like a cheap ploy to get us to buy those products. This is such a cheap shot and very disappointing.</p>
