Deceiving your customers is not a winning strategy

We bought lamb chops today, getting home and opening the chops…. Wow. The chops were poorly cut and underneath the chops on top was meat that you would not be able to sell. Very poor show, that is not the way to retain loyal customers. Needless to say I will be buying from Spar and Woolworths, there I pay for what I’m expecting to find….
