Dead flowers-Stale flowers for Valentines Day

My boyfriend bought flowers on the Six60 app and they delivered dead dry flowers. After they responded they insisted I return the flowers to the store. We paid a delivery fee and now I must spend money on transport for an inconvenience they caused by not checking the condition they sell. I don't thing they would appreciate getting stale flowers. Zulfa please sort this out ASAP I want the flowers fresh I do not want a refund. TIA
