I am so sick and tired of being overcharged at your Oudtshoorn branch and the treatment given - customer service - zero! yesterday I was charged R37.99 for a tile cleaner on special at R22.99. I pointed out the mistake and as usual was treated as a nuisance while it was double checked - god forbid we trust the customer to be right! How many customers were overcharged without realising it - ****************!
