Dangerous Drivers

A checkers food services truck by Brooklynn mall recklessly jumped out off the delivery drop off entry in Middle Street. He put our lives in danger by nearly hitting us, we had to do an emergency stop and hooted at him, he just smiled and hooted back at us. His numberplate was FJ 51 ZS GP, this happened around 9 am. This behaviour is unacceptable and reckless, everyone must follow the rules of the road. What is to be come if this?!
