Damaged packaging

<p>Just bought Skulcandy Hesh 2 Checkers Hyper at Baywest. All packaging on shelves are open. When I approached the Assistant Store Manager abour this he told me they open it for security reasons (what load of bull). I told him that i am not happy to pay full amount as packaging is danaged. After speaking to Deputy Regional Manager they gave R10 duscount- how rediculous! I told him that packaging must be worth more. He retorted he didn't have to give me a discount. Is this fair to me as customer? Shicking!</p>
