Damage Toyota Hilux (Legend 50)

Was on holiday in December 2019 in Saldanha Went to the Vredenburg mall on the 27th of December to Checkers to do shopping, and when I got out of the mall to my Brand new bakkie was park in the parking lot, a trolley had rolled into my left hand side (front door) Damage on the bakkie (New Toyota legend 50) Damage very bad. Did contact Checkers Vredenburg (till this day Hein, store manager was very helpful.)But the same couldn't be said about the people of Horizon Trolley (especially the Jaco ****ian) His Insurance people contacted me on the 20/01/2020,stating it's a act of nature. But clearly it's a case of negligence. The Owner Jaco ****ian is the most useless person I ever came across. I cannot believe Checkers/Shoprite are associated with people like him. He does not reply to my mails. I'm busy with legal action against Horizon Trolleys, and I hope Checkers head office contacts me.
