Damage done to a Vehicle

I'd like to complain about Checkers Nahoon, East London. Their Financial Department and Insurance, has refused to pay a claim that I wanting to submit. I was travelling down Old Transkei Road and as I was passing the entrance to the parking lot, a trolley came rolling down the ramp into the main road and it was too late for me to miss the trolley. I hit the trolley and it caused damage to the front of my vehicle. I spoke to the manager and he was very helpful and told me to get two quotes and they will pay for the repairs to the vehicle. He then enquired on my behalf and was informed that they do not pay out to any damage done to vehicles because of peoples stupidity in the parking lot. I would understand if this incident occurred in the parking lot, however, this occurred in the road by Nahoon Checkers and a Checkers Trolley. Now they have made it my issue to sort out the damage to my car, this is not very professional by the Insurance department of Checkers.

This wasn't my fault and how they have one person to collect multiple trolleys. Then I get told its not their responsibility and that they won't pay for the damges.
