Customers is King

Today my sister and I entered checkers in parow Centre and we were looking for a specific item. We went to the Medirite counter and asked the lady for assistance and she could not assist us, because the item was not in their system it was a product that only checkers would be able to show on their system.. Which was fair coz how can you assist when the item you looking for wasn't on your system.. We then got directed to some of the employees who work for checkers and they could not help us.. They refferd us to the info desk.. As we waited patiently for someone to assist us.. After a whole 10min someone came.. My point that I want to make is that.. Checkers employee so many people but yet no one could assist us on the floor.. We had to wait for a manager to come and assist.. Whilst everyone is standing around.. This is not the customer service any person should get.. And yes they are a big company, but I suggest employee people who are willing and able to go out of their way to assist a customer and letting a customer walk out of your store being more than satisfied..
