Customers' chosen delivery times are ignored

It's unclear to me why Sixty60 has delivery time slots - the driver almost never adheres to the time we choose! When we choose delivery from 9am or 10am and it comes around 8:30 or earlier, it's extremely inconvenient! Complaining to the driver does not help either.
