Customer service shocking

I visited Checkers Menlyn on Sunday, 6th October 2024, and was thoroughly disappointed with the service. The cashiers seemed more interested in chatting and laughing amongst themselves than assisting customers, leaving me waiting at the paypoint until I had to complain. When I requested to see the manager, they were unavailable, and I was instead helped by the admin manager, Refilwe, who was unfriendly and uncooperative. As a regular customer, I found this treatment offensive.

Additionally, the behavior of Checkers 60/60 delivery drivers is alarming. I've witnessed them running red lights and being overly aggressive in-store while preparing orders, almost knocking other customers aside. If this continues, Checkers is bound to lose loyal customers due to their poor customer care. I’m now reconsidering whether I will shop at any Checkers store again. This kind of experience is unacceptable and needs urgent attention.
