Customer service requires SERVICE!

<p>I'm often in Checkers in Mimosa Mall and I must say that the service levels stink.</p> <p>1) There are never enough cashiers. Yesterday there were two cahiers serving a hoard of people. There were more than 18 customers in each que. </p> <p>2) Staff are unfriendly.</p> <p>3) Managers play around on the floor instead of checking that service levels are up to standard.</p> <p> </p> <p>It's really disapointing to go to this store, while so many businesses are struggling with turnover, Checkers is probably flourishing for treating their customers this way. </p>
