Customer service from hell........

On the 15 march I went to checkers in Rivonia village to withdraw money and buy bread when i got to the till a cashier by the name of Gudani Singo told me he doesnt have money and I asked him to please ask other tills if they have , and the two cashiers he asked they said they dont have, and he told me to go money market and i refused telling him that i wont go around the store in search of the money ,he got irritated and called a someone Rachael Matodzi and said to her she must come and help this person and i asked him not to call me this person cause he doesn't know my name he can just refer to me as a customer and he told me in front of Rachael that he's a Venda and he will call me whatever she didn't even intervene , even Racheal seemed not interested in helping me to withdraw money I waited for about 15 mins before I was help.... honestly the service I got from the store it left me in tears cause i didn't understand why was i treated like that and there was no apology for making me wait for a long time
