Customer service done right!
I was out shopping with my two month old baby yesterday. As I got to the check-out till, not only were the staff very friendly, but both the cashier and the packer offered to unpack my trolley for me as I was carrying the baby in a strap-on carrier and would've had a hard time bending and unpacking. The packer unpacked my trolley and repacked the goods into bags for me with a smile. Any other store would not have done this. Thank you ladies - this is how customer service is done right and will ensure that I come back time and again!
