Customer Service complaint

Good day, I have tried emailing Checkers' Customer Care and have not received a response within the 48 hours. I also wrote to them on Messenger twice and on their Facebook wall twice. I just want to know why the Checkers' House Brand Hand Washing powder and Machine washing powder have been out of stock and I requested a list of ingredients for the hand wash. They actuall rep**** that I should look on the package, even though I told them I'm asking because both have been out of stock for 5 weeks at Brackenhurst, Bracken City and Mall of the South. I am allergic to other brands of washing powder. How disappointing! I might just start shopping at Pick and Pay again!
