Good day I am highly disappointed and dissatisfied by the level of service offered by checkers hyper at boksburg rondebult road. I bought a two plate stove at the store ,the stove is still on warranty.the stove has suddenly stopped functioning I went to the store requesting for an exchange or repairs the store manager by the name of Warren and front administration manager emihle tshemec refused to fulfill its obligations outlined in the warranty. I have proof of purchase and the box for package,can the store kindly states and give valid reasons why are they refusing to assist me. Contact details *** email ***. Thank you
