Customer service and I'll treatment to employees

Checkers Southgate the service there is pathetic, they treat customers like they making us a favor even worse the management is nowhere to be found when they need to authorize for customers. The other day i went there to withdraw money from capitec and theso called manager that was supposed to authorize was like she can't be running around like a headless chicken doing authorize even worse the way they treat their stuff it's even worse they talk to them anyhow in front of us. They even send them to lunch as early as 8:30 in the morning on a Saturday mind you the store opens at 8 by 09:30 they are back and they supposed to sit there until 18:00 in the evening so nie please do something about this it's pathetic
