Visited Checkers Wonderpark on 27 June 2025, despite the store strugling with queues evertime I visit the store , service is also becoming a concern , I stood in queue behind one customer who was being severed at the till , suddenly I was told the till was card only before I could be assisted , I have asked the cashier where was the signage informing customers that the till was card only? She then called the supervisor who rudely said I must pay at the kiost where there we other customers already ,it means I must join another queue, it is then a asked for a menager from someone who look like he was minding the frontline ,he was very mean with disreptfull gestures telling me I must wait for a manager because his bussy else where, after puting pressure on this fellow , manager showed up , while manager was handling the situation , the male employee was still arguing with his manager in my presence that he did nothing wrong , it is unaccetable to be shoved around in the store with only two items to pay and walk away ,managers are called to resolved petty things like that when staff dont take accountability and assist customers ,
