Customer service.

I was at the checkers hyper eastgate store on Monday 30 November 2015 buying monthly groceries. While packing my stuff on the till I noticed no packer at our till which was till 7. meanwhile at till 8 there were 2 packers. so I ask the cashier if there are packers at her till to which I was ignored. when I asked again she spoke to the cashier next to her in an African language. so I packed my own groceries. Once I had finished packing my goods of which was 5 packets, the packer Constance had arrived. The packer is paid a salary to pack the stuff not the customer to pack their own stuff. This is unacceptable bad service.
