Customer not treated fairly

I saw on your promotion sheets that you have the bush baby braai stand on sale ,R999.99. I went to the Checkers in mall@reds and it was not in stock, I asked the staff there where I can get it and i was advised that I can either go to Forest Hill or Centurion Hyper. I drove all the way to Centurion mall only to find out that's its also not in stock. I asked the ladies at customer care my story and they were surprised that why would Checkers mall@reds send allt he way here when they haven't called us to confirm. They called Forest Hill and it wasn't in stock . I wasted time and petrol looking for something that wasnt in stock and they could have checked for me but they didnt . The staff at Centurion mall was friendly and helpful but the same cant be said for mall@reds . May I please ask that I be notified where I can find this braai stand, that you guys have advertised, anywhere (Bush Baby with wooden panels on each side) because even at checkers Kosmosdal I couldn't find it .
