CUSTOMER IS NOT KING TO CHECKERS

I've bought 2 hairbrushes from Checkers in the past month & both have been faulty. First I got treated with distaste & 2nd I'm told to spent more money & waste more time by returning to get a refund or replacement. In the end the product costs me more & I should have shopped elsewhere.<br> I'm told that Checkers is a CUSTOMER DRIVEN BUSINESS but they have just shown me that CUSTOMER IS NOT KING.<br> I'm disgusted and very angry at the attitude that Checkers show their customers.
