Customer in fear of her life

I left the store in fear of my life the checkers staff member at the prepared food section who rude to us almost every day she started shouting us me and my friend we left the food there we lost appetite due to the way she was talking to us she went as far as threatening me on what she will do to me after work I went to the manager who tried to speak to her but she never showed any respect whatsoever to him she continued talking cursing and more threats when will this bad treatment and abuse from checkers staff member end its a food store we have to eat but can we do that in fear of our lives
