Customer experience/ complement

Went to Checkers Castlegate in the morning for my usual breakfast snak, however was told it's not available by ladies who where available to serve, as l walked away disappointed a polite lady called Xolisile arrived and realised wat was going on instructed the ladies to make one for me, to my surprise it was prepared for me ... What got my attention was the way she was so concerned as she mentioned that l was a customer that has to be helped at all cost, she is really an asset in your store..
