Customer Expectation Exceeding

Thank you for the exceptional customer service I received last night at Mall of Africa. The supervisor and her team as well as the security guards went all out to get my issue resolved. They worked overtime on my behalf, for that I apologise. I know many use public transport. May God bless them.
