Customer concern

I was in Checkers hyper N1 City today. One of the employees who had a walking stick walked past and next I saw her slip on the floor and fall near the frozen section by the fish. I saw there was an oil like spill on the floor. Let me tell you not one manager or Supervisor was called after I kept saying were is the manager or supervisor. This poor women stood up really scared saying this is the second time I fell, it's okay my shift is almost over. What service is this because that is an injury on duty. I was witness to it. Should staff be so scared that they are forced to get up off the floor and go back to work without checking her spine, hips or any other injury. I'm appalled that people just dont care.
