Customer complain

Went to checkers festival mall this afternoon and had an awful experience were i took an empty trolley and was told is not allowed to do so, i took the trolley aniway was followed by the security through out the other end of the store and after i had an altercation with the security that followed me she then went back and went to management to complain Thats when i experianced the most shocking thing ever were i explained my story afterward the trainee manager told me we all have tampers and he can release his as well as me , and he atempted to attack me as the security guard stoped him. This gives me as a customer a very frietening experience cause if managers can do this to customers then where should we complain. The managers name Shimmy and the security guard is Baratani .
