Customer comes last

Went shopping at Checkers,BT Ngebbs Mall, Mthatha on Saturday 01 May. Came to the till point to pay, took off all my groceries from my trolley. Cashier decides to answer her cell phone while I'm waiting to pay. Instead of asking the person who called her to call back later, this cashier decides to continue with her conversation with her friend as she was discussing her plans for the following weekend when she is off while me, the customer has to wait. Last time I checked, if I, as a customer and others don't shop at this store, people will not have jobs as there would be no revenue coming into the store. People in Mthatha don't take their jobs seriously. Absolutely poor service. You've just lost me as a customer. Will never shop there again
