Customer Care - What "Customer Care"!

<p>On 13/7/2016 I visited the Checkers Hyper in Somerset Mall.</p> <p>Upon opening the "Hagen Das" display fridge, it fell over on top of me.</p> <p>I reported it to the Manger on Duty, who did not respond.</p> <p>I returned there the following day requesting the video footage of the incident, which was refused.</p> <p>An e-mail was sent to the Manager and Checkers' on Customer Care again reporting the matter, still with no response to date!</p> <p>Please explain your attitude towards me the Consumer.</p> <p> </p> <p> </p>
