Customer Care and Prefessionalism

As a member of the Checkers and Checkers Hyper family, I would like to thank them for proving and showing their professionalism and loyalty in handling my situation which involved me having a terrible experience in customer treatment and store management at the Checkers branch in Plumstead Cape Town. Not only did they call to extend their apologies, but insisted that I come in store to do it face to face and then gave me a gift to show their sincerity.
