I would love to expressed my gratitude and appreciation for Mercy working at the Checkers store at Mimosas mall, my complaint was completely turned into a compliment, her prompt response to my complaint and professionalism is so much appreciated, she is such an asset to the organisation and I hope she gets recognised for hard work
