Cusstomer service

We went to our local Checkers for a promotion that was running.

When I got to the shop there was nothing on the shelves and was told that they waiting on the truck and should come back at 16:00 went back and they didnt receive anything.

I got hold of a manager and was given a out of stock voucher and was told that someone will give me a call back.

Went back to the store after no one phoned me with the voucher they have stock but cannot give it to me at that price.
