Cshiers bad service

Very poor service we have been experiencing lately. Cashier keeps on having chats across the tills to a point that they don't even hear when you communicate to them. Then you repeat yourself and on the 3rd time the respond you receive will be "hee" or "sorry". Today was the 3rd time I received such treatment on different occasions.
