CRYSTAL VALLEY MILK

I am a very unhappy customer. Firstly i'd like to mention that I am disgusted not only in the product which I purchased but also by the customer-service at the Baywest Checkers Hyper outlet. On the 23 May 2015 I purchased 18 litres of Crystal Valley milk (3 x 6 packs) at the price of R49.99 per six-pack. Not only have I wasted R150.00 but have also been unable to purchase milk to replace that as that was my budget and Checkers would not refund me for the full purchase. Should I have assumed all 18 litres were sour and have kept them in my home until I made another trip to that mall and then have incurred petrol costs as well ?<br> <br> I would also like to mention that I made my son a strawberry milkshake using that milk and after swallowing it, he said that he did not feel very well.<br> <br> Disgusted and dissatisfied,<br> <br> Chanelle Bam<br>
