I have been using checkers 60 for a while now and over the past 6-8 months they have failed to refund me my money,to my understanding if I have not chosen a substitute item then they have to pay me back the money for the item billed.I have sent about 7 recipts to no avail and honestly they are just ******!I will never use them again!This is exactly why pnp/woolies will always be my first choice
