Courtesy of a response

Its been more than 60 minutes and more than 60 hours, more than 6 days and 6 reference numbers and still no courtesy of a reply. I have to all intents and purposes "successfully" downloaded this app (why there is no option of a simple online service I will never know) and yet it is nowhere to be found on my phone. I need assistance, albeit if this is how efficient they are one has to wonder about the sixty60 promise in terms of efficiency.
