Couldn't care less about their customers

I bought an Ottimo toaster at Checkers Scottburgh. It was the worst toaster I have ever owned. It kept getting jammed, and it would only toast half the bread. It was of the poorest and cheapest construction I have ever seen, an absolute piece of junk. I decided to return it and to buy a much more expensive toaster instead.

Checkers, however, refused to exchange it and to let me buy the more expensive toaster. Apparently, they care more about a cheap toaster than their customer's satisfaction. You would think they would welcome the chance to sell a much more expensive item to replace a cheap one.

They have a sign on the wall that reads, "No customer leaves our store unhappy", that is a lie, they obviously couldn't care less about their customers. If they care more about a cheap toaster than their customers I will no longer buy from them. I will do all my shopping at Pick 'n Pay from now on. You have lost a lifelong customer forever! I hope that cheap toaster was worth it...
