Couldn't believe the customer service after their mistake

<p>WORST WORST WORST experience. We were there at 5:30 this morning. Left at 10am . Only to realize that they have over charged us for R70% of the items after paying R3000. Stuff that was going for R80 they charged me R160, eggs going for R35 they charged me R70, I bought 4 cokes, they charged me for 5. Milk for R55 they charged me R70 and so the list goes on. This is why I went... for the specials to make December easier yet I'm left with a migraine and returned items cause of their unwillingness to help us. We went back now to try sort it out and their excuse is that they are not gonna go walk around to check what prices the goods were advertised for, there's nothing they can do and they will take the stuff back and refund us after spending half the day there buying groceries, Christmas presents ect. What a disappointment!!! Now I have to spend yet another day going to replace all the presents and groceries I spent half the day today trying to get. I am so frustrated right now. I can't believe it</p>
