Coud not care less about a customer

Good day all, trust you well. My opinion and experience has not been pleasant. I had similar issues of bank payments pending etc my side funds were reserved so my part was done, the app stated error which I called and enquired about. To be honest the guy by the name of Bob I spoke to couldn't care less, had offered no solution or even attempt any form of help on his side to rectify their own mistakes or problems, this showed me that the company had no way of treating customers fairly let alone any form of good customer service. To date I was expected to get a call from management who just refused, this company simply just dont care.
