Contaminated food

Ordered my groceries on the checkers app at 9am, the driver called saying they are at the gate I should send the pin, did that. My Residentry app shows this man entered but he didn’t come to my unit. I called him numerous times and he didn’t answer. He answered 30minutes later she told me my groceries were delivered, clearly he not to me. He then came back, went to the unit he had delivered to them wanted me to take contaminated opened food cause he claims to have “made a mistake”. Now irregardless of “his mistake” does your policy allow y’all to b giving us contaminated food? The groceries took 15minutes to b collected from that unit while the driver waited and now I am expected to take it? I sent him back with his groceries and been calling checkers since and sent multiple emails and been calling all day but nobody is getting back to me. Instead when I call they keep saying they will call back, FROM 9am, it’s 5pm now. My money is gone and still no help or regard
