Consumed a Mouldy Links co meat stick

I’m writing this to express my dissatisfaction and disappointment regarding a meat stick (Links co meat range ) I bought from the helderberg liquor store in Somerset (Cape town). Only noticed later that the stick had mould, after I’ve already consumed a large portion of it already. Went back to the store and reported to the cashier, they went to find the manager but couldn’t find him or her. They took my numbers but no one contacted until now, I’m so disappointed in how they’ve handled the matter . As a customer I expect high standard of quality , food safety from the service I receive from any store and atleast a formal apology from the manager after any incident considering the risks of consuming mouldy food.
